The Power of our Database

At Eleven Eleven Talent, we didn’t just build a database, we grew it from the ground up, shaped by real experience at the fastest-growing brands in the business.

We cut our teeth in-house, working at Aritzia, lululemon, Kit and Ace, and leading recruitment teams at Earls Restaurants and Cactus Club. We were part of lululemon’s rocket-ship growth, taking the business from two countries to nineteen, and scaling the head office from 100 to over 1,000 people.

Our network grew alongside us. Our peer group spanned all of North America landing the most sought-after executive positions. The foundation of our database was laid after we left an uninspiring conference in Boston on generic recruitment metrics (barf) and realized: We could do this better. We could build something real.

Our database is our strength. It’s why we get to work with the best brands and the biggest names in the industry. It's why we are now taking business away from the biggest names in Executive search.

Our databases is more than names, t’s a living network of relationships we’ve nurtured over years. It allows us to move quick, locate and pinpoint the top talent that doesn't answer the phone or cold emails.
These are the people we have placed and moved around for the past two decades.

And while we started in retail, our reach expanded quickly. Tech came knocking, looking for that same high-growth, entrepreneurial talent. Now, we work across industries: tech, retail, CPG, real estate, and financial services. What ties it all together? Purpose-led brands. Companies that aren’t just chasing growth, but are building something meaningful.

It's not woo-woo - it's work that matters, led by people with purpose.

That’s our edge. That’s the power of the Eleven Eleven database.

If you’re building out your leadership team and looking for a thoughtful, future-ready approach to executive search, we’d love to have a conversation.
